234sky Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 234sky platform located at 234sky.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 234sky reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 234sky with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, regarding the Platform.

To register for and use the 234sky Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines. 234sky strictly enforces this age restriction and will suspend any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access and use the Platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or officer of 234sky or any of its affiliates, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 234sky Platform or excluded pursuant to any PAGCOR-administered exclusion directive.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.

234sky reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account on the 234sky Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 234sky employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or bonuses held therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 234sky relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, 234sky is required to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time at 234sky's discretion for compliance purposes.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 234sky will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 234sky support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.5 Account Currency. The default account currency on 234sky is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Transactions will be processed in PHP unless an alternative currency option is expressly made available to you by the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 234sky currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods are subject to change at 234sky's discretion. Not all payment methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 234sky account balance in real time or as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 234sky does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Your account balance must not include any funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests will generally be processed within one (1) business day. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically and operationally possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 234sky is required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. 234sky will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts that differ from those used for deposit without satisfactory verification. Transactions that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, and 234sky reserves the right to delay or withhold payment pending investigation.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for any deposit made to 234sky constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, 234sky reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, recover any withdrawals made from funds subject to the chargeback, and pursue recovery through all available legal and financial channels.

5.1 General. 234sky offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds (for sportsbook bets), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 234sky operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements (such as betting on all outcomes of a single event), and wagering bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine gaming activity. 234sky reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Cancellation of Bonuses. 234sky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after it has been claimed by a player, the player's accrued progress toward satisfying any applicable wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal shall be respected.

5.5 One Promotion Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus or promotion is available once per household, IP address, and device. Promotions are for the personal use of the registered account holder only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 234sky Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by qualified live dealers in licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of 234sky's commercial interests.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is only confirmed and binding once the Platform has issued a confirmed transaction reference for that bet. 234sky reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has commenced or after the official close of a betting market, irrespective of any display error on the Platform.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, software malfunctions, or data feed errors — 234sky reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected account balances to their pre-error state. 234sky will not be liable for any losses resulting from a player's reliance on manifestly erroneous information displayed on the Platform.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Tools. Players may apply deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion through their account settings. Once applied, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion measures cannot be reversed for the duration specified. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. 6.5 Game Availability. The availability of specific games on the 234sky Platform may vary due to licensing restrictions, maintenance windows, or regulatory requirements. 234sky does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 234sky Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 234sky support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime in violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 234sky.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using any other person's account, whether with or without their consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, intimidates, or abuses other players or 234sky staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform's software.

All content on the 234sky Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 234sky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 234sky.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 234sky regarding the Platform may be used by 234sky without restriction or compensation to you.

234sky collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

234sky implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 234sky cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

234sky may share your personal data with PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. For full details of how your personal data is used, please review our Privacy Policy.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 234sky disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 234sky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 234sky has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 234sky's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 234sky account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 234sky's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.5 Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your 234sky account through normal gaming activity. 234sky is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through legitimate gameplay.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your 234sky account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable identity verification and AML checks.

11.2 Suspension by 234sky. 234sky reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) 234sky reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms; (b) 234sky is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from PAGCOR; (c) there is suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unauthorized access involving your account; or (d) your account is subject to a legal hold, dispute, or investigation.

11.3 Termination by 234sky. 234sky may permanently close your account upon confirmation of a material breach of these Terms. In the event of closure due to a breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not connected to the breach may be returned at 234sky's discretion following investigation.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law clauses — shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 234sky Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 234sky customer support and allowing a reasonable period for 234sky to investigate and respond. 234sky is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.

Where a dispute relates to a regulated gaming activity, the matter may also be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures. 234sky will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated inquiry or dispute resolution process.

234sky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 234sky will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1 above.
